SAP MES Functional Consultant

Job Description:
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Experience: 12+ Years
Must-Have:
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
• SAP MES project experience, preferably with implementation experience
o Configuring SAP MES modules to align with specific manufacturing processes, including work orders, production scheduling, material tracking, and quality checks.
o Integrating SAP MES with other systems
o Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes
• Implementing quality checks within the MES to monitor product quality, identify deviations, and initiate corrective actions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams across manufacturing and IT
Good-to-Have:
• Experience in Manufacturing domain
• Experience in SAP MES implementation or rollout projects
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1. System configuration
2. Preparation/ Vetting of Functional Specification documents
3. Responsibility of the overall quality of deliverables
4. Responsible to support for Project work/scope, Customer Management.
5. Execute System Test Cases based on System Requirements.
6. Create/Update documents required for Tech Refresh project.
7. Understand Business requirements
