Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled and proactive Veeva MyInsights Support & Development Personnel to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role will involve both providing technical support and developing custom solutions within the Veeva MyInsights platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Veeva Vault/MyInsights, development capabilities, and a customer-focused approach to troubleshooting and system enhancement. You will play a key role in ensuring the MyInsights platform is optimized for end-users, resolving issues, and developing new features to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day technical support for Veeva MyInsights users, addressing queries, bugs, and system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, configuration errors, and data discrepancies in MyInsights.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborate with internal teams or Veeva support to implement long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions within Veeva MyInsights that meet their reporting and data visualization needs.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics tools, leveraging MyInsights features such as Data Visualizations, Scorecards, and Business Intelligence.
• Implement enhancements and optimizations to improve the user experience, performance, and accuracy of the MyInsights platform.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement data integrations from Veeva Vault, CRM, or other enterprise systems into MyInsights.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure the system is running efficiently and is compliant with internal security and regulatory standards.
• Create and update user manuals, documentation, and knowledge base articles to help users navigate MyInsights features and functionalities.
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure that stakeholders can leverage MyInsights for advanced reporting, dashboards, and decision-making.
• Provide on-demand guidance and troubleshooting support for users, especially for complex queries or custom-built reports.
• Escalate unresolved or highly technical issues to Veeva support or engineering, ensuring proper follow-up.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Management, Analytics, and IT, to implement new features or resolve issues.
• Stay updated on new Veeva MyInsights features, releases, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements or new capabilities that can be built within MyInsights.
• Proactively monitor the MyInsights system for performance issues, system optimizations, and user experience improvements.
Skills Required:
• 3-5 years of experience with Veeva MyInsights support & Development
• Strong understanding of Veeva MyInsights architecture, report building, and data visualization capabilities.
• Experience with scripting, querying, or development within MyInsights (e.g., using Veeva MyInsights’ configuration options or other scripting languages).
• Proficiency in SQL and/or other data manipulation or querying tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault (e.g., Vault QMS, Vault Clinical, Vault CRM) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
