Performance Lead
Required Technical Skill Set:
QA and Performance Experience (Cognite or similar Data platform)

Must-Have:
• Very good experience in Test Execution, Test Management, and Defect Management
• Hands on experience in functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Good understating of different environments, and branching strategy
• Ability to identify testing scope during requirement analysis and grooming
• Good experience is testing agile projects
• Experience with Data platform or Cognite Data Fusion
• Good understanding of agile, scrum framework and all events within the scrum
• Experience in automation testing and used some tools like Selenium, or Playwright.
• Should have knowledge of API testing, and database testing
• Bachelor/Masters from an engineering or university school, with experience in data engineering
• Experience in relevant domain (Oil & Gas, Geosciences, GeoInformation, Operations, Inspections & Maintenance, Data Management or Computer Science)
• Good knowledge of engineering disciplines, platform facilities and operations
Good-to-Have:
• Understanding of Data Governance concepts and practices, specifically the Data Management Association’s Data Management Body of Knowledge (DAMA-DMBOK) or a strong willing to learn rapidly
• Knowledge about Cloud, DevOps and Infrastructure
• Experience of Power BI based reporting environments including office 365 tools
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and road mapping exercises and ability to translate technical business analysis into actionable insights and recommendations
• Project management experience with the capacity to manage complex projects and activities
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence stakeholder relationships
• Methodical, with the ability to manage change and deliver within tight deadlines
• Behavioural skills: self-motivated, autonomy, open-mindedness, adaptability, achievement orientation, team player

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
1. Responsible for quality deliverables, timely delivery, test execution, tracking and sprint demo
2. Responsible conducting reviews and maintain test repository
3. Responsible for Test Reporting – Daily and Weekly
4. Conduct Defect Triage calls for defects in product backlog and Sprint backlog
4. Help test & dev teams to resolve queries and completion of test execution
5. Continuous Learning and updates
