Total IT Experience (in Yrs.) : 8 Year
Location : India / Remote
Job Description –
Must have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT endpoint management and support with specialisation and hands on experience in client management tool (InTune).
- Good knowledge of Windows Client operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and 11, capable of integrating windows with Intune as a modern management solution using Autopilot.
- Good Knowledge of Android and IOS devices
- Experience with integration and setup of client management Solutions with special focus on MS Intune – MS Intune.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.
- Good documentation skills
- Strong willing to continuous learning and continuous improvement
Good to have skills
- Knowledge on other client management tool like MECM(SCCM).
- Migration experience from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and MECM to InTune
