Experience : 5+ years
Job Description
- Performs and lead processes related to testing activities for new systems and applications
- Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications
- Serves as a mentor to lower-level testing engineers and may provide work direction to others in project team(s)
- Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Reviews and analyze requirements, design document(s), mapping documents and ensure they are understood and are usable for testing purposes
- Maintain ownership of test cases and testing assignments, ensuring that testing supports the defined project needs and is driven to completion
- Identify data needs and prepare test data to use during execution
