Senior Software Engineer

Job Description:
Drive architecture and development of highly scalable and available web application and business services (API) in collaboration with the internal product teams and external API producer’ teams.
Align with company’s strategies and objectives, collaborating with product management to work towards achieving the company’s and team’s goals. Experience mentoring junior & mid-level software engineers
Requirements
· Have min 10+ years of experience building scalable backend services with appropriate data model design.
· Extensive experience with production-grade software design and implementation using node.js (ExpressJS, NestJS framework). Front-end development using ReactJS framework and cloud native serverless architecture.
· Experience with typescript, ORM framework / tools like Prisma.io, Sequelize or TypeORM
· Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and optionally NoSQL (e.g. dynamoDB, redis cache).
· Extensive experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, cloud infrastructure as a code using terraform, with experience in setting up services like ECR, lambda functions, API gateway, VPCs, IAM security roles.
· Experience in Kafka/Confluent/Kinesis – based solutions, participating actively in the collection of needs and requirements, give estimations, propose, and advise different approaches.
Experience in designing solutions which integrate with external third party SaaS services.
