Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Consultant with a strong background in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain analytical solutions and integrations between OAC and EPM platforms. This role requires deep expertise in OAC RPD, data visualization, and a solid understanding of data modeling and security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in building and delivering analytical and business intelligence applications.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Strong expertise in OAC RPD development, including:
Physical Layer
Business Model and Mapping Layer
Presentation Layer
Hands-on experience in developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using OAC DV.
Deep understanding of data warehouse design principles (star schema modeling).
Proficiency in Oracle SQL, with performance tuning using views, materialized views, and indexing.
Skilled in:
Creating logical columns and catalog folders
Designing hierarchies (level-based and parent-child)
Defining measures, aggregation rules, and time series logic
Experience in OAC DV security setup and administrative configurations.
Familiarity with ETL tools, especially Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Strong understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including Planning and FCCS.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and lead initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain OAC dashboards and reports to deliver actionable business insights, leveraging Oracle Data Visualization (DV).
Design and manage the OAC RPD model across the Physical, BMM, and Presentation layers to support efficient data access and accurate reporting.
Integrate OAC with Oracle EPM Cloud (e.g., Planning, FCCS) to enable cohesive enterprise performance reporting and planning analytics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and performant analytics solutions.
Implement robust security models within OAC and across integrated EPM systems, ensuring role-based data access and compliance.
Optimize SQL queries and data models, using views, materialized views, and indexing techniques to enhance performance.
Create advanced calculations, KPIs, and time series measures tailored to business needs and planning cycles.
Support and enhance ETL processes, particularly with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), to ensure reliable data integration and refresh.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
Document solution architecture, technical specifications, and user guides, and provide training and support to business users.

Good to have:

Oracle certification in OAC and/or EPM Cloud.
Experience with REST APIs for OAC and EPM integrations.
Exposure in Power Platform(Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), Snowflake will be an added advantage.
Candidate should possess good communication skills.
