We at #CosMicIT are looking for a #⁠CSOD Support Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• LMS Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Cornerstone LMS, including user management, security setup, content uploads, permissions, and system configurations.
• Technical Support: Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting LMS issues, resolving technical problems, and providing end-user support through helpdesk tickets, email, or phone.
• Integration Support: Assist in the integration of the LMS with other systems (HRIS, CRM, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on user progress, completion rates, course effectiveness, and other learning metrics as required.
• Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, L&D) to identify system needs and align the LMS with organizational training goals.
• Customization & Optimization: Collaborate with Cornerstone support and vendors to implement customizations and new features that improve the user experience.
