We’ve an urgent requirement for Functional & Technical Consultant (Java (1.6., 1.7) with Oracle WebLogic and Oracle Retail 14.1 suite)
Location: Pune, India
Experience required: 5+ years
Job Description:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent collaboration skills to work with non-technical (business users) to understand their problems and identify the appropriate solution as well able to work with technical team to participate in design discussions, decisions & provide solutions.
· 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Java (1.6., 1.7) with Oracle WebLogic and Oracle Retail 14.1 suite (BO – Back Office, CO – Central Office, POS – Point of Sales, SIM, BIP) implementations
· Technical Expertise required in,
o Oracle Retail suite (14.1) and Oracle WebLogic servers (preferably 11c)
o 4+ years of experience in all phases of software development including design, coding, configuration, debugging, and implementation
o Experience with software development, configuration, and deployments tools: Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, GitLab etc.
o 4+ years of experience working with Oracle Databases
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and establish working relationships with individuals
· Knowledge of both process driven and agile software-development methodologies
· Should be able to understand the existing retail product implementations, customize it basis the business need as well investigate the reported issues to solve the problem.
