Experience : 5+ Years

Location: Anywhere in US and India

Job Description

1. GE Proficy Plant Apps, SQL Server, GE Historian, OPC Server — Kepware and IGS, Dot Net, MVC

2. Development Experience on GE Proficy Plant Applications 6.x, 7.x Suite

3. Techno-functional experience in Manufacturing IT Solutions space (Batch/Discrete/Continuous)

4. Good Experience in Proficy products, including Proficy Workflow, Open Enterprise, SOA, .NET, Windows foundation.

5. Experience in OSI-PI Historian, OPC Collectors Configurations and troubleshooting.

6. Understanding on Interface with ERP/SAP & control system

1. Carry out installation as per installation documents.

2. Configure assets / production line with specific OSI PI tags, PPA and TW parameters

3. Develop new change request and deploy it following release management process.

4. Work along with customer team and communicate for open issues related to configuration

5. Carry out training along with key users

6. Provide support in site validation phase (answer usage questions, escalate to client management)

7. Provide support in site validation phase (answer usage questions, escalate to client management)

1. Coordination along with plant team for conducting UAT, Training, Go live activities

2. Obtain sign off on operations validation for MES solution implementation
3. Proficiency in the local language
