Location: PAN India

Job Description

• Key Skills: Experience with iManage applications.
• Experience in SaaS / Cloud apps.
• Database development technologies and platforms including: Relational database
• knowledge like Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience with using ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
• Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting.
• Technical understanding of IT and business.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Roles and Responsibility

• Project Overview: iManage is the document management system used by the Legal team. Resource will be the primary technical support for the iManage application. Preferable experience in iManage.
• Role Scope / Deliverables: Resource to support Legal Applications with experience in ServiceNow ticketing tool.
• Responsible for the support of iManage, Malbek CLM and other SaaS applications.
  Processes include User/Group Management, Software Installation, User Permissions, training users, creating knowledge articles.
• Work with business partners to resolve system/application issues.
• Executing and managing regular maintenance tasks.
• Managing and resolving level 2 and 3 service issues and requests.
• Provide weekly status updates on support tasks.
• Escalate issues to next levels for engagement and resolution.
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
• Maintaining Windows/AWS servers.
