Major incident manager

We at #CosMicIT are looking for a #Major incident manager

Required Skill Set : Good Communication skill, PPT skills
Desired Experience Range : Minimum 3-4 year(s) of experience is required
Location of Requirement : Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune

Job Description:

Must-Have :

Associate must have good Knowledge of Major incident process Demonstrated proficiency in incident management, preferably operating within an ITIL or equivalent framework.

1. Drive the incident resolution process, ensuring that issues are addressed in a structured and effective manner.
2. Client communications & Escalation management
3. Must have Strong experience in Critical Incident Management
4. Identify areas of improvement and support continual service improvement initiatives.
5. Remain responsible for end-to-end Performance Management and KPI/Service Levels reporting (involving multiple Service Providers) to achieve agreed targets.

Good-to-Have :

1. Knowledge on change and problem Management
2. Basic understanding of network and ISP.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. The ideal candidate must possess a strong educational background in Service Management or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
   
2. Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service skills.
3. Analyze incident trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
