Power BI Support Analyst

We at #CosMicIT are looking for a #Power BI Support Analyst 

Location: PAN India

Job Description

• Technical & Analytical
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL Queries
• Understanding of:
• Power BI Services, Workspace, dataflows, data marts, App’s, RLS(Row Level Security), Gateways, Power Apps
• Basic understanding of Power Query
• Understanding of connections and how data refreshes work to investigate data gaps from data connections
• IT Support Documentation, RCA, KB Article updates, ServiceNow
  Communication
• English Required (Spanish a plus)
• Communicate in a clear and concise manner so that messages are understood by all recipients
• Ability to understand the ways that non-native English speakers and non-technical users may communicate so that
  their requests are understood
• Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude in all business interactions

Roles and Responsibility

Offshore: Coverage (STD – 12 PM EST)

Support Power BI dashboards and reports developed by multiple teams under Digital and Data Services and cover various business functions/needs. Support Analyst will provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues.

Support

• Existing dashboards and 2 under development
• Permission issues – resolved by giving access
• Filtering issues – resolved by training user on using PowerBI
• PowerBI server failures
