React JS – UI Lead / Senior Developer

Hello Everyone,

We at #CosMicIT are looking for a #⁠React JS – UI Lead / Senior Developer

IT Experience: 8 to 10 years.

Web Development Experience: 6+ Years

Job Description

Primary skills: JavaScript (ES5/ES6), React JS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap(Responsive Web design)

Secondary skills: CMS Front end development, AEM Front end development/ Sitecore front-end , HTL scripting, Angular, Java

Educational qualification: BE/Btech/ MS/MSc or MCA/Mtech

Responsibilities:

• Develop UI-based solutions that meet client requirements and project goals.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement UI developed pages.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues.
• Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest UI trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvements to our solutions and processes.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing activities within the team and the wider organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in React JS development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.
