Job Description:

Required Technical Skill Set: Knowledge of Lab Operations, and LIMSapplication – Sample Manager

Good to have Technical Skill Set: Technical skills in analyzing logs, traces, metrics, alerts from monitoring tools.  Expert in one or more tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, vROps, NetBrain, Wireshark, SteelCentral.

Desired Experience Range: 6-12 yrs

Location of Requirement: India

Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Good understanding of the laboratory processes, and should be proactive towards the work and customer connect.

• Hands on experience on requirement gathering and configuration/development of Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS) – Sample Manager.
• Must have knowledge on Upgradation of Sample Manager.
• Experience in supporting Life Science Mfg. Experience in software testing and Validation activities supporting GxP projects
• Must have experience on LIMS application development- Interfacing, Upgrade and validation.
• Must have done at least Database migration / Upgrade /data loading activity and standardization experience

• Knowledge of Pharma domain.
• Conduct GxP Analysis, Gap/Risk Assessment
• Experience with risk based approaches for IT Application development.
• Lifecycle expert from system Design to Retirement
• Author/Guide project team with Standard Operating Procedures for documentation /compliance needs
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with individuals and groups at multiple levels across the organization
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in an unstructured environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to understand customer needs with good communication skills
• Business process knowledge for Lab Informatics area

Good-to-Have

• Experience of working in LIMS (Sample Manager) Uphgrade Project
• Experience in handling laboratory instruments will be preferred
• Knowledge of GxP processes.
• Good Understanding on BioVia ELN

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

•  Engagement Lead (LIMS Techno Functional Consultant – Sample Manager)
• Lead deployment activities for the customer.
• Interact with Project team, Business Representatives and Business QA to understand the scope and purpose of the business process work stream also in same line interect with Vendor for Development, have to make sure to maintain the time line.
• Responsible for managing a team of analysts, developers, testers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Upgrade/Database migration/ Delivery/Maintenance/Testing)
• Responsible for functional/technical track of a project.
• Review / approve cycle records requiring QA approval for project, such as plans, requirements, testing documents, deviations, and summaries
