SAP ARIBA S2P Lead

We at #CosMicIT GmbH are urgently looking for #SAP ARIBA S2P Lead

Experience – 10+ Yrs.
Work Location – Palmela, Portugal
Hybrid / WFO / WFH- Hybrid
Language preference – English/Portuguese
Position Summary:

1. 6 to 8 years of IT experience, with minimum 3 years of Ariba experience.
   2.  Must have at least 3 years of experience as an Ariba Functional Consultant preferably in a manufacturing environment.
   3.  Experienced in at least one full cycle of SAP Ariba Sourcing on-demand module implementation {Sourcing to Contracts/SLP module desirable}.
   4.  Hands on experience in design & configuration of SAP Ariba Sourcing and understanding of integration of SAP ECC/S4/QAD with SAP Ariba for Master Data.
   5.  Knowledge of Ariba activities such as Creating Sourcing Projects, Sourcing Events – RFI, RFP, Auctions.
   6.  User management: Creation of new users, adding new roles, password reset.
   7.  Guide Suppliers on using Ariba sourcing to login and submit RFP response.
   8.  Deep Knowledge of RFP and Auction template creations.
   9.  Knowledge on Ariba data collection templates.
   10. Creating custom reports in Ariba.
   11. Understanding sourcing approval flow.
   12. Understanding sourcing implementation cycle and customer requirement gatherings.
   13. Create SR’s in Ariba connect for new issues.
   14. Monitoring of PR creation and RFQ creation in SAP ECC.
   15. Conduct trainings to new members
