Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled SAP SD Consultant with a minimum of 5+ years of experience, specifically in e-Invoice implementation and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module and a proven track record of successful e-Invoice integration projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
2. Configure, customize, and implement SAP SD module functionalities to support e-Invoice processes.
3. Lead e-Invoice implementation projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
4. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on e-Invoice processes and best practices.
5. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for e-Invoice functionalities, troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors as needed.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in e-Invoicing regulations, advising stakeholders on potential impacts and opportunities.
7. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party e-Invoice solutions with SAP SD module.
8. Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, performing testing and validation of e-Invoice functionalities
9. Strong understanding of e-Invoicing standards and protocols (e.g., PEPPOL, EDIFACT, XML).
10. Experience in configuring SAP SD module, including pricing procedures, order management, and delivery processing.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
13. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
14. SAP certification in Sales and Distribution (SD) module is preferred

Nice to Have Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
3. SAP certification in Sales and Distribution (SD) or S4 HANA module is preferred.
