Senior CSDM architect

Hello Everyone,

We at #CosMicIT are looking for a #Senior CSDM architect

Required Technical Skill Set: ServiceNow CSDM/ CMDB

Desired Experience Range: 8+ Years’ Experience (L3)

Location of Requirement: Offshore, Mumbai (preferred)

Senior CSDM architect per the following description –

1. Experience in ITSM, ITAM (SAM & HAM)

2. Strong Expertise in CSDM/CMDB of ServiceNow

3. Ability to ensure business services/applications are mapped to the CSDM module of the new instance (FedRAMP) of Service Now. This will be a brand new CMDB environment

4. Someone who can help with Best Practices, provide consulting, strategic planning etc.

5. Person must have thought leadership – someone who can guide the team and offer solutions/path forwards etc. (cannot be an order taker)

6. Experience in divestiture programs specific to ServiceNow

7. Exposure to ITIL processes

8. Required to cover US time zone as customer is US based
