Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow development and consulting. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with our team to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Development:
  Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on catalog items, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer.
• Consulting:
• Support and clarify business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Integrations:
  Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
• LDAP Integration:
  Configure and maintain LDAP integrations
• Scripting:
  Utilize server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes) and client-side scripting (Client Scripts, UI Policies) to enhance ServiceNow functionalities.
• Platform Maintenance:
  Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow features to align with business needs and best practices.
• Troubleshooting:
  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and other configurations.

Minimum Requirements:

• • 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and consulting.
  • Strong skills in catalog items, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and LDAP integrations.
  • Proficient in server-side and client-side scripting.
  • Experience configuring LDAP integrations
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA or CAD) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently while following internal guidelines.
