Required Technical Skill Set: ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB
Desired Experience Range : 5+ Years’ Experience (L3)
Location of Requirement : Offshore, Kolkata (Preferred), Hyderabad
Job Description:
Must-Have:
1. Enhance ServiceNow event and alert rules as necessary to ensure proper Incident creation.
2. On-premises / Cloud infrastructure discovery (OCI, AZURE, AWS) using Patterns and probes.
3. Create and monitor discovery schedules.
4.Promote update sets and data across applicable SN environments.
5.Third party application integration using REST.
6. Discovery failure / error troubleshooting.
7. Creation and modification of Workflows, UI Policy , Catalog Items.
8. Work with the team during release and version upgrade.
9. Manage service catalog administration, workflow / flow development and service portal development
10. Develop or extend patterns as needed for new devices, or will develop integrations for new devices such as DellEMC storage equipment
11. ServiceNow CSA certification
12. Working knowledge on ITOM
Good-to-Have
- Automation & Scripting Knowledge ( PowerShell etc.)
- Maintain event/alert processing in ServiceNow and integrations with monitoring tools
- Test event management when upgrades are available from ServiceNow
- Knowledge on Version Upgrade
