Job description:
Experience:
– Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow Strategy Portfolio Management (SPM), and Portfolio Management (PPM).
– Proven experience in a senior architect role, with a focus on portfolio management and strategic planning.
Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in ServiceNow SPM configuration and customization.
– Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Glide).
– Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow portfolio management solutions, ensuring scalability, robustness, and efficiency.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance in the implementation and integration of ServiceNow portfolio management modules.
* Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
* Serve as a primary point of contact for all ServiceNow portfolio management-related inquiries and initiatives.
* Oversee the end-to-end development and implementation of ServiceNow portfolio management solutions
* Ensure best practices in configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, including architecture diagrams, process flows, and data models.
