Job Description
Experience in ServiceNow development / implementation covering:
- Good to have any Telecom domain knowledge.
- ServiceNow – Telecom domain with IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Order Management (COM), Services Order Management (SOM), Telecom Service Management (TSM), Telecom Network Inventory (TNI), CSM, ITOM, CMDB, FSM, App Engine, etc
- Have worked in ServiceNow SOM transformation programs
- Experience in migrate different telecom products (VPN, Internet, broadband etc) to ServiceNOW SOM from different legacy systems
- Experience / Knowledge in telco product orchestration
- Client side and Server-side scripts – client script, UI policy, Data policy, Business rule, script include, Script action, UI action, etc.
- Experience working in ServiceNow App engine Studio [Flow designer, Action Designer]
- Experience working in ServiceNow Order Management (SOM) modules for Telecommunications workflow scenarios like Order Management – Catalog driven workflows, Self-Service workflows and eBonding.
- Experience configuring product/service catalog with ServiceNow.
- Experience working with REST/SOAP Integrations (API – Inbound/Outbound integrations) in ServiceNow.
- Experience creating ServiceNow Interface with external systems, DB Connections, Invocation/Integration with external workflows (Bot Queues, Salesforce etc), ServiceNow Order Management.
- Experience involving ServiceNow Workflow implementations.
- React Mobile App/Web App Development experience
- Experience working on integration with Salesforce/Genesys.
- Flow designer and decision table
- Workflow and sub-workflows
- REST and SOAP based integration (APIs).
- Transform map, Import set and Data sources.
- Inbound and outbound actions.
- Notification, Events, Templates.
- Good communication (both written and spoken), stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, good analytical skills and think out of the box.
- Understanding of other market competitor tools (BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager, Cherwell, JIRA SD etc.).
- Technical & Functional Architecture experience in ServiceNow.
ServiceNow Certification Required:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) OR
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- At least 1 mainline (CIS) and 3 micro certifications
