We at #CosMicIT are looking for a #Workday Functional & Configuration Consultant

Job Description

Workday Configuration & Functional SME with experience in successful end-to-end implementations and support on Workday HCM application. Ability to own configuration changes to existing Workday system

Mandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements:

1. Sound knowledge in Workday Functional and Configuration -Core HCM, Learning, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Payroll, Time Tracking
2. Must have a problem-solving attitude
3. Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision
4. Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations

Good to Have Skillsets:

1. Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these
2. Experience in configuration support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management
Passion for exceptional customer service

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Business Process setup
• Good understanding of Workday Security
• Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules\
• Lead day-to-day implementation of best practices on Workday
• Manage stakeholders throughout new feature/module deployment and support phases
• Drive execution of day-to-day activities of Workday projects including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
• Lead all Workday work streams driving decisions and recommending best practices using the knowledge of Workday features, design concepts, touch points with HCM, Payroll, and Compensation and future product direction
• Up-to-date knowledge on Workday roadmap and upcoming product features
• Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
• Participate in the solutioning efforts when requested to gather requirements and develop a plan for roll-out
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigation to meet client/functional requirement
