Relevant Experience: 4-6 years
Job description:
Technical/Functional Skills: Knowledge of Documentum System
Experience Required: DMS Software
Roles & Responsibilities
* Business process knowledge for Document Management solution in a regulated GxP environment
* Hand on experience of ITIL process such as incidents, change and problem management, deployment
* Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Hands on experience with DMS software, OpenText is preferred
* Excellent working Experience in the Computer Systems as per CAPA, FDA regulations and GxP Guidelines.
* Ability to communicate with transparency.
* Well versed with MS office. Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
* Hands on experience with Service Now
