Location: Bangalore, HybridAll candidates must complete either a Glider or Modern Hire assessment prior to be submitted to the AM.
Looking for 2 L1 support engineers / analysis / experience with java – they will be part of an on-call rotation with the team.

Job Description:

Position Responsibilities:

• Through this role you have an opportunity to develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the customer and the company.
• You also get to collaborate with team members to develop best practices and requirements for the software.
• In this role it would be important for you to professionally maintain all codes and create updates regularly to address the customer’s and company’s concerns.
• You will show your skills in analysing and testing programs/products before formal launch to ensure flawless performance.
• Troubleshooting coding problems quickly and efficiently will offer you a chance to grow your skills in a high-pace, high-impact environment.
• Software security is of prime importance and by developing programs that monitor sharing of private information, you will be able to add tremendous credibility to your work.
• You will also be required to seek ways to improve the software and its effectiveness.

What you will do:

• Assist in Design and implementation of new features while continuously improving quality of Identity and Access Management application
• Build, test and deploy cutting edge solutions at scale, impacting associates of worldwide
  Designs reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services.
• Develop software meeting code quality standards and metrics
  Guide and mentor others members in the team to promote highly technical and self- sufficient teams
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the team to reference and share with our internal customers
• Ensures the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems. Troubleshoots and resolves system incidents, problems and changes, as required
• Engage and support application teams integrating with IAM, SSO, Active Directory and related modules

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline with 7 to 10 years of core software product development experience.
• Expert in Java/J2EE, Spring, SQL / NO-SQL and Hibernate
• Hands-on experience building services using these technologies (Java, Springboot, Microservices) , experience building Restful services and APIs.
• Knowledge of modern identity workflows (OIDC/OAuth/SAML) and how to implement them in a large system.
• Demonstrated ownership for development and design of a few modules/features in a product.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in web technologies like React JS, Java script, Type script, CSS is an add- on.
• Experience on unit testing frameworks (Junit, Spock, Jest etc) and code quality control platforms like Sonar
• CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms and deploying production applications into cloud:
• Microsoft Azure, Google cloud or similar is a plus
• Awareness of Agile (Scrum) methodologies

Position Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:

• B.E./B. Tech/MS/MCA in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of object-oriented programming experience in Java.
• Excellent computer systems fundamentals, DS/Algorithms and problem solving skills
• Hands-on experience in building web based Java EE services/applications and Kafka, Apache Camel,
• RESTful Web-Services, Spring, Hibernate, Splunk, Caching.Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Qualifications:

• Large scale distributed services experience, including scalability and fault tolerance.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, such as Open Stack, Azure, GCP, or AWS
• Exposure to build, CI/CD & deployment pipelines and related technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins etc.
• A continuous drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate and optimize systems and tools.
• Experience in systems design and distributed systems.
• Exposure to SQL/NoSQL data stores like Cassandra, Elastic, Mongo etc.
