Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules.
• Experience with integration points between PP, QM, EWM, and MM modules.
• Expertise in designing and configuring solutions in S/4 HANA.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and understand business processes from a customer’s perspective.
• Experience in Life Sciences domain-specific processes, with a focus on quality and production management.
• Strong team collaboration skills, and results-oriented, adaptable, and resourceful.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of SAP PP/QM modules.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide system solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and map them to system configurations.
• Customize, configure, and test SAP PP/QM modules.
• Identify system gaps and propose suitable workarounds or enhancements.
• Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Manage high-priority issues through emergency transports and change management.
• Document functional designs, test plans, and results.
• Provide expertise and consulting on both new projects and existing support operations.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and technical teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Offer ad-hoc training and user support as required
