Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.

Overview: We are seeking an experienced 5G solution architect with a strong interest in 5G wireless technologies. The successful candidate will lead, build, and solve 5G wireless adoption for enterprises.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Create solution design, including architecture and overall solution integration using multi-vendor, cross-geo strategy.
2. Blueprint solutions using cloud native 5G technologies by applying proven methods and methodologies.
3. Possess experience with System Engineering, Design, and Testing, and have knowledge of wireless networks, 5G, access, SA, NR, core, MEC, NaaS/APIs, L1/L2/L3, fronthaul/backhaul concepts.
4. Have experience with OSS/BSS and OAM services in 4G and 5G deployments.
5. Possess knowledge of 5G/4G network elements and functionality, including architecture, concepts, and network flows for data, voice, messaging, signaling, etc.
6. Have an excellent understanding of the application of 5G across industry-verticals (manufacturing, automotive, retail, etc.) to create value propositions for enterprises.
7. Possess knowledge of the private wireless (5G) and IIoT ecosystem and integration points: monitoring, alarming, performance, inventory, etc.
8. Have good exposure to private networks, deployment, operations, and integration with existing OT/IT systems.
9. Analyze spectrum availability and regulations to determine suitable frequency bands for private 5G wireless deployment. Experience collaborating with CSPs and deployment over private 5G spectrum is an added advantage.
10. Working experience in Open Gateway and Camara
11. Working experience in NEF and how slice will be orchestrated in network

Profile:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications/Engineering with 10-12 years of experience in the Telecom industry.
2. At least 5+ years of experience in successfully architecting and solutioning complex, integrated solutions in telecommunications and enterprise domains.
3. Business and Telecom Technology Knowledge: Changing landscape of CSPs, NEPs, and Enterprises. Telecom market trends, Emerging technologies.
4. Proven success in introducing new ideas and solutions to address critical business requirements in the Telecom and enterprise OT/IT domains.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience interacting with customers and showcasing capabilities.
