Job Summary:
Familiar with 3GPP Specs for eSIM and Global platform specifications for OTA
• Troubleshoot complex issues in multiple software environments of prod and Non-prod
• Work with internal technical teams to identify and build and integrate platform elements required to support key mobile product features
• Support Device Certification process troubleshooting related to eSIM provisioning and SIM-OTA updates
• Onboard and train new users on systems and tools such as Device Management, M2M Remote SIM Provisioning, Consumer Remote SIM Provisioning and SIM-OTA Platforms
• Campaigns management for SIM cards for RFM/RAM and other eSIM related requirements.
• Track and optimize the delivery of new use cases, mitigate the gaps between the vendors and business requirements.
• Working hands on knowledge on SIMOTA, SMDP, SMDP+, Device Management platforms.
• Proven Experience in the issues troubleshooting for use cases related to SIM and Devices.
• Deploying automation for production & non-production environments including public/private cloud & Edge migration of our mission critical applications from the on-prem and remote data-centers.
• This role will manage and maintain software configurations in development, test, UAT, and production environments and support
