Job Description:
7+ years experience
The primary responsibilities include the following:
• Outline the ETL process, setting the borders of data processing
• Understand the requirements clearly from the BAs/Business ensuring good communication and be critical wherever required.
• Act as a technical expert in the designing, coding, testing, supporting and debugging of new code or significant enhancement to existing code
• Establish and reinforce quality standards in the ETL development.
• Take active participation in the code review process and should be able to provide feedback to other developers
• Troubleshoot and debug ETL jobs and create unit tests for ETL jobs
• Assess query performance and actively contribute towards optimizing the code
• Collaborate with the team to plan and implement best ETL strategies
Must have technical knowledge on:
• Informatica Powercenter – 8 + years
• Database, SQL and performance tuning
• Data warehousing
• Stored procedures
• Basics of Linux/Unix scripting
• Agile way of working – 1+ year of experience
• Scheduling concepts
• Basic knowledge of CICD and version management.

Good to have:
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure DevOps
