Job Description:
* This role will be responsible for set-up and implementation of BPM (Business Process Management) Tool (SAP Signavio).
* Expertise in BPM Tool technical set-up and drafting and defining convention document.
* This role will be involved in ensuring the tool is functional for process designing, model-ling, optimizing, and monitoring processes across various functions and levels.
* Define governance, standards, policies, and draft convention document for BPM Tool.
* Define the best practices that shall ensure consistency and quality of BPM solutions.
* Training and educating individuals for BPM Tool operations.
* Drive set-up & implementation and ensure tool features, settings are aligned with busi-ness requirement
* Ensure smooth handover and transition of key responsibilities before assignment close.
