 Summary:

• Experienced software professional having minimum 5 years of experience in D2 Configuration and Customization. Should have worked as part of application development team
• Capability to design solution on D2 for different business requirements and troubleshoot on failed D2 functionality
• Customize the D2 like Plugin/service overriding, custom menu configuration and implementation of custom method inside Lifecycle configuration.
• Guide the team during the major incidents and create root cause analysis reports.
• Total experience – minimum 5yrs of IT experience in Application Development.
• Need strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Need strong customer focus and customer service orientation
• Should have flexibility to work with new technologies and be willing to accept new challenges
