Job Description:
Prefix + Project Name: DDITDEV – MAIA (Medical AI & Analytics)
Design and implement a terabyte-scale data processing solution for omics data on Azure
Experience with high-performance computing on Azure including relevant services as HPC Platform, Azure Batch Experience with Data science and AI on Azure including relevant services such as Databricks, Azure ML, Azure AI Infrastructure as Code, Docker, and CI/CD skills with GitHub or Azure DevOps Large-scale data (terabyte-scale) processing experience, including both CPU and GPU-based solutions Knowledge of bioinformatics or omics and the common tooling used is a plus
