| Functional Unit Design (advanced configuration) | ||
| Instrument IQ | ||
| Instrument data access (filesync) | ||
| Instrument backup (acronis) | ||
| Support | User administration | |
| Incidents & problem management | ||
| Lifecycle & upgrade, validation | ||
| System review (yearly to every 3rd year) | ||
| Vendor | Supporting vendor visits (instrument / soft maintenance) | |
Experience:
GxP regulations
SDLC practices
Laboratory & science
IT Technical knowledge (network, servers, security)
Lab IT engineer : provides onsite support for computerized lab equipment in collaboration with vendors, IT infrastructure (network, security and hosting). In charge of lab IT operations.
