Position Summary:

- Stakeholder Management incl. Escalation-Management
- Team-Management
- SLA- and Availability-Management
- Continues improvements and problem solving
- Drive technology domain standardization
- Complete management of McAfee ePO installation
Your skillset
- McAfee (Trellix) Certified Product Specialist ePolicy Orchestrator / Endpoint Security
- Deep Knowledge in basic IT-Infrastructure
- Service Orientation / ITIL certification
- Perseverance
- German and English fluency is mandatory
