We at #CosMicIT are looking for a #⁠OT System Engineer

Locations: India, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai
Experience: 5-10 Years

Required Technical Skill Set: PLC & SCADA Programing & IT OT Integrations Skills — Siemens TIA

Job Description

Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1. Strong proficiency in Siemens PLC programming & SCADA, particularly with TIA Portal, STEP 7.

2.In-depth knowledge of HMI/SCADA development using Siemens WinCC and WinCC Flexible /TIA. 3.Experience with requirements gathering, solution design and detailed architeure design

4.Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex automation issues quickly and effectively. 5.Experience on OT system integration with SCADA ,MES and IIOT platform

6.Designa and Implement IT OT integration system for PLC to IT system like MES, 110T platform or 3rd party solution following ISA 95 standards

7. PLC system integration standard development for Historian , MES , SCADA & 110T solution

8.Attention to details leading to precision in programming and configuration to avoid errors and ensure system reliability.

9.Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and documenting technical details.

10.Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment

Good-to-Have

I. Experience with control system design and integration for Various industrial domain — Automative, Manufacturing, Pharma , Utility , Oil & gas etc

2 Understanding in MES system /ISA 95 model

3. Exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies and IoT integrations.

4. Awareness of OT Security Standards.

5. Experience in leading small teams or projects in an industrial automation setting.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Mr-

1 Understanding the Business Requirement ,

2 Programming and Configuration of Siemens S7 Series using TIA portal

3 HMI Design and program. Ensure User Interface are responsive to operational needs.

4 Integrate Siemens PLC’s with other industrial devices and systems like MES system , I1OT system

5 Testing and Commissioning to ensure system reliability and performance

6 Documentation including Wiring diagrams, PLC Logic and operational manuals.

7 Stay updated on latest trends and developments in Siemens Automation.
