Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module with integration experience across SAP MM, FI/CO, and EWM.
• Experience designing and configuring solutions in S/4 HANA.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables, and projects, and work under pressure.
• In-depth understanding of order-to-cash processes and their applications in the Life Sciences domain.
• Strong team player with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
• Results-oriented, adaptable, and resourceful with a focus on customer satisfaction
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation and support of SAP SD module.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business process requirements and deliver appropriate system solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to gather client business requirements.
• Customize, configure, and test SAP SD solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Identify and resolve system gaps through suitable workarounds or system enhancements.
• Act as a liaison with the client to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
• Handle changes and emergency transports for critical business needs.
• Document functional specifications, test cases, and results.
• Provide consulting services for new SAP SD implementations and support for ongoing projects.
• Act as a bridge between business users and the technical team.
• Provide training and support to end-users when needed.
