Job Description:
Position Summary:
The ServiceNow HRSD Architect will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions. This role will play a critical part in enhancing HR operations by leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform for a major customer for us. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow HRSD, strong technical expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules, including but not limited to Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Centre, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Relations Case Management.
- Implementation of security and user journey design for different personas in HRSD modules (manager, employee, HR agent etc.)
- Implement and manage security policies and role-based access controls to protect sensitive HR data.
- Overall knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and how different modules and components work together.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and functionalities.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features and assess their applicability to the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow HRSD modules.
- Create and maintain documentation for design, development, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow support and other third-party vendors as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, with a focus on HRSD.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they can be enhanced through technology.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or SecOps.
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise IT environments.
