Job Description
Key Competencies
- Should have minimum 1 – 2 years of working hands-on experience on STIBO
- Should have seen end to end execution of at least 1 project.
- Should have understanding of SDLC cycle and project delivery paradigms
- Perform data discovery and evaluation activities
Participate in the following:
- Requirement gathering
- Analysis
- Design and development
- Testing
Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language
- Being able to work in teams towards a shared goal;
- Enjoying discovering and solving problems
- Proactively seeking clarification of requirements and direction; take responsibility when needed.
Experience
- STEP development experience
- Basic MDM Concept
- Implementation experience on STEP MDM platform
- Experience on Data Model, Work Flows, User Role Definition, Match-Merge (for customer domain), Reference Data on STIBO STEP MDM platform
- Creating and maintaining data models
- Designing WEB UI
- Implementing Custom business rules – Data integration with third party systems. – Web Service (Rest/SOAP).
Technical Skills
- STIBO STEP
- Java / J2EE, Webservices (SOAP & REST) ( Nice to Have)
- Front end technologies like Java Script, XML
- Databases like Oracle and SQL
