Total IT Experience (in Yrs.) : 8+ years
Job Description
Relevant Experience Required (in Yrs.) : 5+ years direct experience in MDM design, development, support and operations with a leading MDM tool suite, and at least 3+ years of work experience in STIBO STEP MDM tool. Additional exposure to MDM tools like Informatica MDM, IBM MDM are added advantage.
Technical/Functional Skills
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- 3+ or more years of experience designing and implementing STIBO MDM solutions.
- 5+ or more years of experience with MDM Hub configurations – Data modeling & Data Mappings, Data validation, Match and Merge rules, building and customizing API services.
- 2+ or more years of experience in integrating external business applications with MDM hub using batch processes and NRT integrations.
- At least 2 full implementations with STIBO MDM.
- Comprehensive understanding of enterprise master data strategies and best practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of API , Event Driven Architecture, Data integration, Data Quality, Data Architecture and MDM best practices and processes

- STEP Workflow configuration
- STEP Global Business rules Developments – Java Scripting / Rhino Scripting
- Business rules o Business actions o Business conditions
- Packaging hierarchies, Change Packaging, Version Control System Integration
- Bulk data update
- Export & Import configurations
- XSL Transformations
- STEP XML creations
- Golden Records – Matching & Linking
- Various STEP implementation techniques and best practice knowledge
Secondary Skills
Java (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Candidate can be able to provide expert advice, counsel and technical expertise to ensure successful deployment of best-in-class Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
- Develop an understanding of business needs and translate those needs into technological systems, design specifications and solutions.
- Partner with other associates to analyze, design, develop and implement MDM solutions that will optimize business outcomes.
- Work closely with business consultants and architects to implement best-of-class MDM solutions
- Provide technical leadership for the development of data models, data mappings, data validation rules, match and merge rules.
- Ensure the design meets the business service level agreements (SLAs) for availability and performance
- Conducts regression resting of new releases of software components within the MDM repository and new releases of MDM software
- Work in Agile environment
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
