Veeva Configuration Specialist

Technical Skills:

Experience with Veeva implementation and configuration best practices.

Up-to-date Veeva Vault Business/System Administrator certifications (24R1).

Technical background in object-oriented software, with Java skills being a plus.

Familiarity with ticket tool applications like ServiceNow.

Soft Skills:

Knowledge about working in an Agile Team – preferably in a SAFe setup.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Description:

The consultant will work in our L2/L3 support team. Here the primary tasks will be to help with the complex tickets, where Vault Owner access is needed to solve the tickets.

These tickets will come in the Veeva vault called: Clinical Vault. They will vary in complexity, so the Consultant here should be able to both fix some of the relative low complex incidents, but also the very complex incidents (there are Configuration Specialists in other teams who can help if needed).

Over time, when we have the situation with tickets / incidents, the consultant should help to look into which improvements we should implement, to ensure our Clinical Vault runs event more stable and gives fewer incidents than today.

And also be able to support other teams in the Agile Release Train, with their developments.
